ITINERARY
Day 1: Cuc Phuong National Park | Birding & Night Safari

07:00 Our expert birding guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Ninh Binh early in the morning for the one-hour drive to Cuc Phuong National Park.

Established in 1962, Cuc Phuong is well known as the first National Park of Vietnam, it locates in 3 provinces: Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa. There are about 2000 species of vascular plants , more than 100 species of mammals , 36 reptilian species, 17 species of amphibians, 2000 species of insects, 11 species of fish, almost 400 species of birds and endemic species. Cuc Phuong National Park is an ideal destination for all who want to explore Wildlife and bird watching in the tropical rainforest.

There are typical species distributed in the tropical rainforests in Viet Nam, such as:

12:00 - 13:00 We will enjoy lunch at the Park Center in the middle of primary forest. After lunch, we keep exploring the primary forest, visit ancient trees and looking for wild animals.

Night Safari 

18:00 - 19:00 Dinner in Bong Center

Day 2: Van Long Nature Reserve – Fullday

05:00 Early morning pickup from your hotel. Our expert guide and driver will take you straight to the core protected area of Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve, just in time to photograph the critically endangered Delacour's Langurs as they forage in their natural habitat.

The Delacour’s Langur is an endemic, critically endangered species, with fewer than 300 individuals left in the wild. Found exclusively in northern Vietnam, this is your exclusive opportunity to capture beautiful moments of their lives among the limestone karsts.

10:00 Return to your hotel for breakfast and rest. As this is the langurs' natural resting period, it’s the perfect time for you to recharge as well.

13:00 Enjoy a delicious local lunch followed by a coffee break before our afternoon session.

14:00 – 16:00 Board a traditional bamboo boat to reach the heart of the limestone mountains. With a bit of patience, we aim to capture intimate moments of adult langurs grooming their young on the steep cliffs before they retreat to their caves for the night.

16:30 - 17:00 Your driver will transfer you back to your hotel. Trip ends
