Chien is a co-founder of VAH and the visionary who defined the service quality standards that underpin the company’s reputation. After years of spearheading system development, he now serves as the Deputy Director of Finance and Operations. In addition to his core role, Chien oversees strategic partner projects, including Sun May and Umove Adventure.

Kien, a co-founder of Umove JSC and CEO of Umove Adventure, has a vast background in tourism, rising from tour guide to Operations Director at top Vietnamese travel firms. An expert in SUP, kayaking, and wilderness survival, his specialized skills ensure Umove Adventure delivers authentic, safe, and thrilling outdoor experiences.

Trung was born in Gia Lai and has spent many years closely connected to conservation areas and national parks in the Central Highlands. As a passionate adventure tourism enthusiast, Trung has independently acquired a wide range of essential outdoor skills, including First Aid, Wilderness Rescue, Scuba Diving, Survival, and more. Currently, Trung holds the position of Product & Equipment Manager at VAH.

Anh Ngoc has been a dedicated member of the team since the early days and assumed the role of Inbound Sale Specialist in February 2023. With boundless passion and commitment, she and her team work tirelessly to promote VAH’s expertise, helping partners discover and deliver authentic, high-quality outdoor adventures to their clients.

Trang graduated with a degree in accounting but has always been passionate about adventure tourism and exploration. After gaining experience in various roles at several tourism companies, she joined VAH in 2024. Currently, Trang serves as the Head of the Inbound Department, where she leverages her enthusiasm and professionalism to provide high-quality adventure solutions for international travel partners.

Hang spent 10 years in the banking sector, achieving significant success before bringing her expertise to the tourism industry and the Umove Adventure team. As a passionate explorer dedicated to customer satisfaction, she serves as Sales Manager, focusing on developing sustainable partnerships and delivering professional adventure solutions to travel partners across Vietnam.

Lâm serves as the Operations Manager at VAH, leading a dedicated team of four. His primary responsibility is to ensure every expedition is meticulously prepared and executed to the highest quality and safety standards. With his strong dedication and keen attention to detail, Lâm plays a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences that guarantee satisfaction for both partners and their clients on every adventure.
