ITINERARY
Phong Nha – Hava Valley – Chay River SUP – Phong Nha

08:00 Meet the guide at the pickup point and transfer to Hava Valley.

09:00 Arrive at Hava Jade Valley. Here, you will enjoy a variety of fun and adventurous outdoor activities such as the high-speed slide, zipline across the valley, kayaking, or cycling.

12:00 Have lunch at Hava Valley.

13:30 Begin the SUP journey on the Chay River, a wonderful experience on jade-green water. From Hava Valley, we will paddle downstream through an impressive landscape of limestone cliffs, lush primary forest, and peaceful riverside villages. From the Chay River, we will continue into the Son River and finish the journey in Phong Nha.

17:30 Arrive in Phong Nha. End of the tour.

1. SUP paddling Notes

  • Distance: The paddling route is approximately 3 km.
  • Terrain: This route on the Chay River—a jade-colored waterway shimmering with emerald hues—is an unmissable experience at Hava Jade Valley. Under soft sunlight, the crystal-clear surface reflects vivid shades of green, blending seamlessly with towering limestone cliffs and lush primary forest lining both riverbanks. Gliding gently on your SUP board, you will feel immersed in a living natural masterpiece, enjoying the refreshing water and pristine air—an experience that is both relaxing and energizing, inspiring a true sense of exploration.
  • Suitability: This route is ideal for most fitness levels, including beginners. Families are welcome, Children aged 6 to 10 can participate with full peace of mind.
  • While paddling on the river, please be mindful to avoid obstacles such as tree branches and rocks, and remain aware of other watercraft navigating the same waterway. Note that if you are a confident swimmer with solid paddling experience, you may remove your life jacket and secure it on the SUP; however, wearing a safety leash is strictly mandatory at all times.
