1. Trekking Route Note

  • This is a trek with diverse terrain and not too dangerous among the 10 highest peaks in Vietnam. Although Fansipan is the highest peak in Vietnam, the Tram Ton trek makes Fansipan not very difficult.
  • We recommends that you bring a backpack of about 10L and leave no more than 2kg of belongings including essential items when climbing such as wallet, phone, drinking water. Your personal belongings such as clothes to change at the hut and daily drinking water, food for meals on the mountain,... will be carried by the porter.

2. Overnight on the Mountain

  • We will sleep in a wooden shed on the mountain for one night. There are restrooms and showers at the camp. You will be provided with an air mattress or an insulated mat and a blanket or sleeping bag.

3. Food & Water

  • Dinner on the mountain will be freshly prepared by the porter team. Breakfast may consist of fried rice, instant noodles, or crepes. Lunch is usually pre-prepared cold food.
  • The drinking water on the mountain will be boiled spring water provided by the porter team for sterilization. Participants should bring a water bottle to fill and use daily.
  • Hot tea and coffee will be available at the campsite before and after each meal.

4. Medical assistance

  • If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip.
